What deletion covers
Data held by ActUpon
- Your ActUpon account, authentication profile, and active sessions.
- Captures and saved items held by ActUpon, including associated images, audio, transcripts, notes, tags, and conversation content.
- ActUpon destination settings, device registrations, workflow metadata, and receipts associated with the account.
After we verify and process the request, we will confirm completion by email.
Retention and exceptions
What may remain
Assets used only for Send, reminders, calendar actions, or workflow delivery are temporary and are deleted from ActUpon storage after 30 days. A verified account deletion request also removes the related metadata and receipts held by ActUpon.
Deleting your ActUpon account does not delete copies already created in connected destinations, such as Notion or another service you selected. Those copies are controlled by you and the destination provider and must be deleted there.
If applicable law requires Crux Works to retain a specific record, we keep only that record for the legally required period. Other account data is deleted as part of the verified request.
